Contact Center
The Contact Center is the first point of contact for the customer. We will offer assistance with any mortgage questions, provide general loan information, and offer a variety of services available at Marix Servicing.

Loan Counseling
The Loan Counseling Department is an extension of our Contact Center and a bridge to our Homeowners Assistance Department. Our Loan Counselors assist customers that may be experiencing financial difficulties or are past due on their mortgage payments. A Loan Counselor will assist in reviewing your current budget and work with you to create a short-term repayment plan.

Homeowners Assistance
The Homeowners Assistance Counselors assist customers who are experiencing long-term financial difficulties. They can offer a variety of strategies to help avoid foreclosure and preserve homeownership.

Default
Our Default Department consists of two functional areas, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure. The Bankruptcy area works closely with counsel in handling customer accounts that are in a Bankruptcy status. They will assist customers in reaffirming current obligations and any of their other mortgage needs. Our Foreclosure area works closely with the Homeowners Assistance Department and will continue to offer solutions during the process with the primary focus of customers keeping their homes.
