Marix Servicing has a commitment to further the development of
employees. Classroom learning opportunities at Marix encompass
in-house developed programs, as well as skills-based new hire
training. Our online learning initiatives include web-based
training courses from various providers and leaders in the
servicing industry. Topics span communication skills, business
skills, industry specific topics, such as FDCPA, Foreclosure,
Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation and others, with many more planned for
the future.
The development of Career Path and Leadership Training is
currently underway, and aims to support the desire of Marix
employees to further their careers within organization. Employees
are provided on-the-job training and external training
opportunities on a variety of topics as well as attending
conferences.
