We are having trouble making our payments. What do we need to do to get help?

Answer:

Marix has several possible programs for our borrowers who are unable to make their payments. All requests are reviewed by our Homeowner Assistance Department to determine the best option available for the individual borrower upon receipt of the completed workout package. How long will it take?

Answer:

Each borrower has unique needs so there is no specific time frame for completing a loan modification or similar program, nor is there a guarantee that a borrower will qualify for assistance. A Homeowner Assistance Specialist, however, will be in contact by telephone within 10 business days of receipt of the above documents.
