| When will I receive my year-end information for tax
purposes and for my records? |
Answer:
Both your previous servicer and your new servicer will provide

statements will reflect the amount of the mortgage interest paid
and any real estate taxes paid through your escrow/impound account
during the period of time your loan was serviced by each
company.

| I am not currently using coupons because my payments are
automatically deducted by my bank or through a bill-payment
service. What do I need to do to continue having my payment
automatically deducted? |
Answer:
If you use an on-line or bill-payment service, you must alert
the vendor to update the payee and address to reflect the change
and make funds payable to your new servicer. Also, please inform
them of your new loan number. If your payments are currently paid
through an automatic deduction from your checking or savings
account that was initiated by your previous mortgage servicer, this
service will be discontinued. If you are interested in continuing
this service after transferring to Marix and your account is
current, please click on the Borrowers Services tab to register for
Marix Servicing Online or contact us at 866-40-Marix

Answer:
Yes. If you have been paying premiums for life, disability,

your payment by your prior servicer will be adjusted upon transfer
to not be included in future billing statements.
